Denver University's Innovative Solution to Colorado's Affordable Housing Crisis

Susan Daggett, who leads the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute and co-directs the newly launched program, emphasizes the complex and layered aspects of the current housing crisis. Moreover, there's a significant shortage of housing options for both potential homeowners and renters.

Professor Vivek Sah, co-director of the new program and director of DU's Burns School, emphasizes the importance of collective problem-solving. Set to launch this fall, the eight-month program at the University of Denver will offer scholarships to help cover costs, making it accessible to a broader range of participants.
